Online payment for shopping on e-commerce platforms

Rates & Insurance

Our fees align with the standard rates for social work and psychotherapy services in Ontario. Extended health insurance plans may provide coverage for services delivered by Registered Social Workers, hence, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm the details of your coverage.

  • Individual Therapy: $180 per session

  • Couples Therapy: $180 per session

  • Family & Group Therapy: $180 per session + $25 per person

 

*Standard family sessions are of 3 people. More members than this will be subjected to a $25 fee per person.*

If fees are an obstacle for you and you may not be able to pay full rate for services, exceptions may be found, but this is considered a last option.

Methods of Payment

We aim to make the payment process simple and convenient. The following payment methods are accepted for all sessions:

​

  • Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

  • E-Transfer (to be sent prior to or immediately after the session)*

  • Direct Billing (available for select insurance providers where applicable)

 

Payment is due at the time of service. Receipts are provided for all sessions and can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if covered.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens. If you're unable to attend your appointment, kindly let me know as soon as you can. 

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—may be subject to the full session fee.
