At times, life invites us into a deeper relationship with ourselves through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, loneliness, life transitions, or an inner sense of stuckness. My work is grounded in a culturally- and spiritually-sensitive, trauma-informed, attachment-based approach that draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, emotionally focused and systemic lenses. Together, we explore how your early environments, inherited legacies, protective parts, and relational patterns shape your present world — so that you can loosen what no longer serves you and grow into a more aligned and wholehearted way of being.
